Individual Therapy for Children (8+), Adolescents, and Adults

Trauma Informed Care

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain process distressing or overwhelming experiences that may continue to affect you in the present. Using bilateral stimulation while thoughtfully revisiting aspects of difficult experiences, EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful memories and create a greater sense of calm, clarity, and healing. EMDR can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, grief, and other experiences that feel difficult to move through on your own.

‍ Dissociation & Parts Work is an approach that helps us understand the different parts of ourselves that may develop in response to difficult or overwhelming experiences. Sometimes, certain parts of us carry fear, pain, responsibility, or protective roles that developed to help us cope. Rather than viewing these parts as something to fix or get rid of, we work with curiosity and compassion to better understand their purpose and needs. This approach can help create greater self-awareness, internal connection, and a stronger sense of safety and wholeness.

Anxiety, OCD, and Phobias

ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is an evidence-based therapy approach that helps you build confidence in navigating anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Through gradual, supportive exposure to feared thoughts, situations, or sensations, ERP helps you learn that you can experience discomfort without relying on compulsions or avoidance. Together, we work toward greater freedom, flexibility, and a life guided by what matters most to you

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is an evidence-based approach that helps you develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and body while learning practical tools to manage stress. Through mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and gentle awareness, MBSR can help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself. It can be especially helpful for chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and those wanting to cultivate a greater sense of calm and balance in everyday life..
